At BOXRAW, we stand by the quality of our equipment and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boxing equipment and apparel remain in pristine, resaleable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
